All deposits are non refundable unless error is on my part.

The deposits vary by service. Please see service(s) for deposit amount.

If the deposit amount is not shown please contact Sieta via IG @hairartbysieta for amount

The deposit is due within 1 hour of booking.

The deposit is payable via Zelle.

The deposit is deducted from the total .

Deposits can be transferred once within 60 days.

Remaining Balances are payable via Zelle and Cash.

Cancelling within 24 hours of appointment will result in the forfeit of your deposit.

NO REFUNDS. (Please contact me within 48 hours after service rendered and I will fix any issues free of charge. After that you must schedule the appropriate maintenance appointment)

*Arrival and Appointment*

Please be on time. Late arrivals without notice is considered a no show. There is no "Grace" period. Please communicate effectively.

Late arrivals for appointments 4 P.M. or later are not accepted. Please reschedule.

Shampoo & condition is included!

If your hair is styled please have it removed before your appointment.

I may ask to take photos/video of your hairstyle.

We can take both indoor and outdoor photos (weather permitting).

I record video of almost all services for security purposes.

We may take a short break during our day for longer services.

I ask that you bring no guests or pets.

Service durations are pretty accurate but are only averages. This time can run longer or shorter due to head size, hair length and density.

Extremely long hair does require added time and will incur an additional fee for certain services only. Let me know while booking.

No call/no show means we have officially and forever parted ways.

*Clients at home*
All clients should take the utmost tender love and care with their hair.
Tie your style up with a scarf or bonnet or both!
Do not neglect to schedule a maintenance as soon as you may feel you need one.
Everyones' hair grows differently.
You know your hair the best!
Shampoo and condition your hair when needed. If you are unable to do this yourself, I do offer a shampoo service and you are encouraged to book if it applies to you.
